The City Market redevelopment has hit yet another roadblock. This week, we learned the project won’t reopen until at least 2028 because the city dropped its handpicked developers. 

An investigative report from Mirror Indy revealed Mayor Hogsett's HR department was audited six years ago, and the report has yet to be released. Marion County GOP Chair Natalie Goodwin said this situation “reeks of intentional delay.” Read her full statement below:
